Od kilku lat parafia św. Stanisława w Petersburgu przy współpracy z różnymi organizacjami polonijnymi, w tym roku z Petersburską regionalną kulturalno-oświatową organizacją społeczną „Polska Macierz Szkolna” (przewodnicząca Władysława Pawłowska), a także Sankt Petersburskim Państwowym Konserwatorium, im. Nikołaja Rimskowo-Korsakowa organizuje Rosyjsko – Polski Konkurs Organowy «VOX POLONICA PETROPOLITANA».
W tym roku od 16 do 21 grudnia 2019 roku odbędzie się jego IV edycja.
Głównym celem organowego konkursu jest popularyzacja polskiej organowej muzyki w Rosji i jej promowanie. Jest to konkurs dla młodych organistów z Rosji i Polski wieku od 18 do 30 lat. Z Polski może przyjechać 3 organistów, z Petersburga będzie 3 organistów i 7 młodych organistów z pozostałych miast Rosji. Do wzięcia udziału w Konkursie są uprawnieni studenci wyższych uczelni muzycznych z Polski i z Rosji uczący się na profilowych katedrach.
Nagrodę „Vox Poloniсa Petropolitana” w formie koncertu solowego w kościele św. Stanisława w sezonie 2020-2021 przyznaje proboszcz parafii ks. Krzysztof Pożarski. Nagroda ta może być przyznana tylko jednemu uczestnikowi.

Tytuły międzynarodowych laureatów i dyplomantów konkursu przyznawane będzie przez profesjonalne jury, które będzie składać się z 5 osób:
– Przewodniczący jury: Daniel Zariecki, zasłużony artysta Rosyjskiej Federacji, profesor Sankt Petersburskiego Konserwatorium, kierownik katedry organu i klawesynu
Członkowie jury:

«VOX POLONICA PETROPOLITANA»
НА ПРИЗ Санкт-Петербургской Региональной Культурно-Просветительской общественной организации «Польская школьная Матеж» – СПБРКПОО «ПМШ»
Общие положения:
1.Конкурс будет проходить в Санкт-Петербурге, в римско-католическом храме Святого Станислава в период с 16 по 21 декабря 2019 года. Учредителем конкурса является приход Святого Станислава в лице настоятеля прихода о. Кшиштофа Пожарского, и СПБРКПОО «ПМШ» в лице Владиславы Павловской, при участии Санкт-Петербургской государственной консерватории имени Н.А. Римского-Корсакова.
2. Конкурс проводится в номинации Сольное исполнительство: «Орган».
3.Возраст участников на момент открытия конкурса должен быть не меньше 18 и не больше 30 лет.
4.Конкурсантам из Польши компенсируются расходы на авиаперелёт в экономическом классе, на сумму, не превышающую 200 Евро.
5. На время проведения конкурса польские участники обеспечиваются бесплатным проживанием в Приходском доме и питанием.
6.Польские участники самостоятельно обращаются в Российское консульство по месту проживания для получения визы.
7.Организаторы конкурса не обеспечивают участников какими-либо видами страхования.
8.Конкурсанты, прибывшие на конкурс и отказавшиеся от выступления, берут на себя все расходы по пребыванию и проезду.
9.Регламент и Положение о конкурсе будут размещены на сайте органных и фортепианных концертов Прихода Святого Станислава на русском и английском языках. Организаторы конкурса оставляют за собой право вносить изменения, но не позднее 1 ноября 2019 года. В случае разногласий в русской и английской версиях текстов, правильной является русскоязычная версия.
Правила и порядок проведения Конкурса:
1. Конкурc состоит из двух туров. Все прослушивания проводятся публично в форме открытых прослушиваний.
2. По результатам рассмотрения заявок к участию в Первом туре конкурса допускаются не более 15 участников, при этом не менее трёх участников из Польши и трёх из Санкт-Петербурга (в случае, если будет подано более 15 заявок, то от одного педагога к участию в конкурсе допускается не более двух участников).
Ко второму туру будет допущено не более 6 участников.
3. Порядок выступления на Первом туре конкурса определяется жеребьёвкой перед началом конкурса и сохраняется на протяжении всего Конкурса.
4. Каждому участнику будет предоставлено репетиционное время в храме Святого Станислава: 1,5 часа перед каждым туром. Порядок репетиций соответствует порядку выступления на конкурсе.
5. Выступления участников на Конкурсе могут быть записаны, а записи размещены на сайте органных и фортепианных концертов прихода (в некоммерческих целях). Участники конкурса обязуются не иметь никаких претензий к Организаторам, включая все финансовые и авторские права, в связи с использованием вышеуказанных материалов.
6. Итоги каждого тура объявляются после его окончания.
7. Решения жюри окончательны и пересмотру не подлежат.
8. Победители Конкурса обязуются безвозмездно выступить в Заключительном концерте Конкурса 21 декабря 2019 года в храме Святого Станислава в 19 часов.
Положение о конкурсе:
1.Главной целью Конкурса на Приз СПБРКПОО «ПМШ» «Vox Poloniсa Petropolitana» является содействие развитию органного искусства, пропаганда польской органной музыки, поддержка молодых талантливых исполнителей и международных культурных связей.
2. Приз «Vox Poloniсa Petropolitana» в виде сольного концерта в храме Святого Станислава в сезоне 2020-2021 года присуждается настоятелем прихода о. Кшиштофом Пожарским. Приз может быть присуждён только одному участнику и присуждается обязательно.
3. Оргкомитет конкурса: Председатель оргкомитета: настоятель храма Св. Станислава в Санкт-Петербурге — о. Кшиштоф Пожарский
Секретарь конкурса: Л.П. Кузнецова.
Звания Лауреатов и Дипломантов Конкурса присуждаются профессиональным жюри. В состав жюри входят 5 человек:
– Председатель жюри: Д.Ф. Зарецкий, заслуженный артист РФ, профессор, заведующий кафедрой органа и клавесина Санкт-Петербургской государственной Консерватории
Члены жюри :
– Мирослава Семенюк-Подраза, профессор кафедры органа Музыкальной Академии в Кракове (Польша);
– Ю.Н. Семёнов, преподаватель органа Санкт-Петербургского музыкального училища им.Н.А.Римского-Корсакова
– А.В. Коломийцев, старший преподаватель кафедры органа, клавесина и карильона СПБГУ
– О.К.Котлярова, концертирующая органистка, солистка «Петербург-концерта».

4. Принимать участие в Конкурсе имеют право учащиеся и студенты средних и высших профессиональных музыкальных учебных заведений Польши и России, обучающиеся на профильных кафедрах (отделениях), чей возраст находится в рамках, указанных в Общих положениях данного регламента.
Победители предыдущих конкурсов Vox polonica petropolitana к участию в данном конкурсе не допускаются.
5. Программа выступления участников должна строго соответствовать Программе Конкурса и её временному регламенту.
Замена сочинений конкурсантом после подачи заявки допускается по согласованию с оргкомитетом конкурса, в случае, если сочинение соответствует регламенту конкурса, но не позднее, чем за день до жеребьёвки.
6. На Конкурсе присуждаются звания Лауреатов I, II и III премий и звания Дипломантов.
7. На Конкурсе присуждается Приз зрительских симпатий. Обладатель Приза определяется путём прямого открытого голосования слушателей конкурса во время заключительного концерта.
8. Сторонние организации или частные лица могут присуждать специальные призы на конкурсе по согласованию с оргкомитетом и председателем жюри.
9. Оргкомитет конкурса предоставляет ассистента на время репетиций и прослушиваний. Посторонние ассистенты на репетиции и выступления не допускаются. Все участники репетируют самостоятельно, присутствие других лиц не допускается.
Программа Конкурса:
Первый тур
Программа первого тура должна длиться не менее 25 и не более 30 минут и должна включать в себя:
1. Сочинение композитора – представителя Северонемецкой органной школы
(прелюдия или токката – с педалью) из предложенного списка:
1) Букстехуде (кроме BuxWV 136, 138, 144, 147, 152, 154, 158)
ИЛИ
2) Брунс Praeludium in e «Большая» или Praeludium in G
ИЛИ
3) Прелюдия и фуга Любека (кроме in F, in c, in C)
2. И.С.Бах. Одна из трио-сонат BWV 525 – 530 (любая)
3. Несколько пьес из табулатуры «Яна из Люблина» на выбор конкурсанта

При оценивании выступления будет учитываться гармоничность составленной программы.
Второй тур
Программа второго тура должна длиться не менее 19-20 и не более 25 минут и должна включать в себя:
- Одно из сочинений С.Франка из циклов «Шесть пьес», «Три пьесы», «Три хорала» (кроме Большой симфонической пьесы).
ИЛИ одна медленная и одна быстрая части из симфоний (любых) Видора или Вьерна (обе части должны быть из одной симфонии).
2. Оригинальное органное произведение или произведения (или части из цикла) польского автора XIX-XXI вв.; оргкомитет оказывает содействие в отношении нотных материалов по просьбе участника. Исполнение собственных сочинений и транскрипций не допускается.
Исполнение произведений в каждом туре возможно в любом порядке по усмотрению участника. Порядок на первый тур сообщается на жеребьёвке, порядок на второй тур сообщается после объявления результатов 1 тура.
Участники конкурса предоставляют ноты польского сочинения из программы II тура не позднее, чем на жеребьёвке. Возможно предоставление электронной копии.

Требования к оформлению программы
Сочинения должны быть указаны на языке оригинала в порядке, в котором они будут исполнены, с указанием полных имён и дат жизни композиторов, а также опусов и частей сочинения, если таковые есть. Пьесы из табулатуры «Яна из Люблина» должны быть написаны с указанием тома и номера внутри тома согласно изданию, представленному по ссылке выше. Пьесы С. Франка указываются согласно номерам в каталоге Вильяма Мора (FWV = Franck Werke Verzeichnis).

5. Копия страницы паспорта с фамилией-именем и датой рождения.
Вступительный взнос за участие в конкурсе не взимается.

2. Объявление результатов рассмотрения заявок – не позднее 7 ноября 2019 г.
3. Открытие Конкурса, регистрация и жеребьёвка участников:

Rules
of the IV Polish-Russian international organ competition
«VOX POLONICA PETROPOLITANA»
for the prize of the St.Petersburg Polish cultural-educational society.
General information:
1. Competition will be held in St. Petersburg, in the catholic church of Sw. Stanislaw in the period from 16th to 21st December 2019. The founder of the competition is the parish of Sw.Stanislaw and the priest Father Krzisztof (Pozharski), and the Polish Cultural and Educational Society in St.Petersburg, represented by Wladislawa Pawlowska, with the participation of the Saint-Petersburg State Conservatory.
2. The competition is held in the category of solo performance: „The Organ”.
3. The age of participants at the opening day of the competition must be at least 18 and not more than 30 years.
4. Competitors from Poland will get compensation of flight expenses in the amount not exceeding 200 Euros.
5. For the time of competition Polish participants are provided with free accommodation and meals in the parish house.
6. Polish participants have to apply to the Russian consulate at the place of residence to obtain a visa.
7. Organizers of competition do not provide participants with any kind of insurance.
8. Participants arrived for the competition and refused to perform will bear all expenses for the stay and travel.
9. Rules of the competition will be posted on the web-site of the organ and piano concerts in the Parish of St.Stanislav in English and Russian languages. Organizers reserve the right to make changes, but no later than November 1st, 2019. In case of disagreement in the interpretation of Russian and English texts, the Russian version is correct.
The procedure of the Competition:
1. Competition consists of two rounds: First and Second; all rounds are open to public.
2. A maximum of 15 participants will be admitted to the first round (among them at least three participants from Poland and at least three from St. Petersburg). In case of more applications, not more than two pupils from one teacher will be allowed to participate. No more then 6 participants will be chosen for the second round.
3. The order of appearance in the first round of the contest is determined by draw before the beginning of competition, and is maintained throughout the Competition.
4. Each participant will be given rehearsal time in the church Sw.Stanislaw: 1.5 hours before each round. The order of rehearsals is the same as the order of performances.
5. Performings by participants in the Competition can be recorded, records may be located on the web-site of organ and piano concerts of the parish (not for the purpose of financial gain). Competitors undertake not to have any claims to the organizers, including all financial and copyright claims in connection with the use of these materials.
6. The results of each round are announced after its completion.
7. The jury’s decisions are final and not subject to revision.
8. Competition Winners commit themselves to perform in the final concert of the contest in the church Sw.Stanislaw on December 21st, 2019 at 7 p.m. (19.00) without fee.
The regulation of the competition:
1. The main purpose of the competiton «Vox Polonica Petropolitana» for the prize of the St.Petersburg Polish cultural and educational society is the promotion of organ music, the promotion of Polish organ music, the support of young talented performers and international cultural relations.
2. Prize «Vox Polonica Petropolitana» is a solo concert in the church of Sv.Stanislav in the season of 2020-2021 year and will be awarded by the Father Krzysztof (Pozharsky). The prize can be awarded to only one competitor, and is awarded in any case.
3. Organizing committee of the competition is headed by Father Krzysztof (Pozharsky). Secretary of the competition is Mrs. Lilia Kuznetsova.
The titles of laureates and diplomants of the contest are awarded by a professional jury. The jury consists of 5 persons:
– Chairman of the jury: Prof. Daniel Zaretsky, Chair of Organ and Harpsichord Department of St.Petersburg Conservatory
– Prof. Mirosława Semeniuk-Podraza, Music Academy of Krakow (Poland)
– Andrej Kolomijtsev, teacher of Organ, Harpsichord and Carillon Department of St. Petersburg State University
– Yuri Semjonov, teacher of St. Petersburg musical college named N.A. Rimsky-Korsakov
– Olga Kotljarova, concert organist, “Peterburg-concert”
-Secretary of Jury – Mrs. Natalia Mikhailova
4. Pupils and students of secondary and high professional music schools in Poland and Russia, studying on organ departments of the relevant institutions, whose age is within the limits specified in the General Rules of the Competition, have the right to participate in the competition. Winners of the previous competitions Vox polonica petropolitana are not allowed to participate.
5. Performance programs of participants must strictly comply with the Competition Program and its timing Rules. Participants can change their program after applying by agreement of the Organizing Committee if the new program comply with the Competition Program, but no later than the day before the drawing procedure.
6. Competition awards the titles of laureate of the I, II and III prize and titles of diplomants.
7. Competition awards the Audience Award. Winner of the prize is determined by direct vote of the listeners by the closing concert of the competition.
8. Third-party organizations or private persons can award special prizes by agreement of the Organizing Committee and chairman of the Jury.
9. The Organizing Committee provides an assistant at the request of participants. External assistants at rehearsals and performances are not allowed. All the participants are rehearsing alone, the presence of other persons is not allowed.

Duration of the I round program is not less than 25 and not more than 30 minutes. Program of the I round must include:
1. Piece of the composer – a representative of the North German organ school (prelude or toccata – pedaliter) among :
1) Buxtehude (except BuxWV 136, 138, 144, 147, 152, 154, 158)

2) Bruhns (except in e minor „small” and in g minor)

3) Praeludim and fugue of Lübeck (except in F, in c, in C)
2. J.S. Bach One of the Trio-sonatas BWV 525-530

Composition of the program is one of the criterion of evaluation.
Second round:
Duration of the II round program in not less than 19-20 and not more than 25 minutes. Program of the II round must include:
1. C. Frank One of the following compositions:

Fantaisie in C major, Op. 16
Prélude, fugue et variation in B minor, Op. 18
Pastorale in E major, Op. 19
Prière in C-sharp minor, Op. 20
Final in B-flat major (without Op.);
OR one from „Three Pieces”, FWV 35-37
OR one from „Three chorales”, FWV 38-40
OR one slow and one fast movement from the Organ Symphonies of Ch.Widor or L.Vierne (both movements should be from the same Symphony).
2. Original work or works for organ (or part of the cycle for organ) of the Polish author of XIX-XXI centuries; performing of transcriptions or participant’s own compositions is not allowed.
The order of the performing of each round is up to the participant. The participant should provide the order for the 1-st round at the time of draw and for the 2-nd round at the time of announcing of the results of the 1-st round.
Participants should provide to the Organizing Committee scores of the polish piece from the program of the Second Round not later than at the day of the draw. It is possible to give (send) e-copy as well.
Requirements to the writing of the program for application
Compositions should be written on the original language in the order of playing with the full names and birth\death dates of the composers and should be accompanied with the opus numbers if they are. Pieces of the „Jan z Liublina“ should be written with the number of volume and number of piece in the volume in the edition which is available with the link above. Pieces of Franck should be accompanied with the numbers of Wilhelm Mohr’s catlog (FWV = Franck Werke Verzeichnis).

Application in the free form should be sent to competition-polonia@inbox.ru . Application should contain information about Name/Surname, date of birth, place of Study and named of current Teacher and all former organ teachers.
The application should be accompanied with the following documents (as separate attached files):
1. Photo pf the Participant (maximal best quality)
2. Detailed program to be performed per each round according to requirements
3. Letter of recommendation of the organ teacher of the participant
4. Artistic curriculum vitae in Russian or English
5. Copy of the first page of the passport (with the name and date of birth)
There is NO application fee for the competition.
